DEAN OF STUDENTS

Hillcrest Academy is seeking a leader who is passionate about Christian education, school culture, and relationships. The Dean of Students will be responsible for ensuring that Hillcrest Academy maintains a positive culture of behavior and learning, supporting teachers in classroom management and student discipline. He/she will work with the Head of School to establish a positive rapport with students, staff, and families. Candidates for the Dean of Students position must demonstrate an ability to interact positively and collaboratively with students and families and must have a warm but direct disposition with students, as well as an agreement with Hillcrest Academy’s philosophy. HIGH SCHOOL ENGLISH INSTRUCTOR

Hillcrest Academy is seeking a highly motivated High School English teacher.  The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching English, building relationships, and sharing their love of English with our students. Courses being taught include Speech, Advanced English, Advanced Writing, Research, Novels, Yearbook, and Rhetoric. Hillcrest Academy is a 6-12 grade Christ-centered school rooted in an Anabaptist perspective. Courses being taught include Algebra, Geometry, Algebra 2, Precalculus, and Calculus. Hillcrest Academy is a 6-12 grade Christ-centered school rooted in an Anabaptist perspective. FAMILY & CONSUMER SCIENCES INSTRUCTOR

Hillcrest Academy is seeking a highly motivated Family and Consumer Sciences Instructor for the 2026-27 school year. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching young people and will seek to teach and develop skills in Culinary Arts, Child Development, Clothing and Textiles, and Interior Design. Hillcrest Academy is a 6-12 grade Christian school rooted in an Anabaptist perspective. BUS DRIVER(S)

We are seeking Bus Drivers to drive for athletic events, other activities and possible shuttle routes. The candidate needs a CDL along with school bus and passenger endorsements, and must also have taken the new driver bus stop class. We are willing to assist the applicant through the process to get the appropriate qualifications. Drivers would have the flexibility to sign up for the events that work best for them.
