DIRECTOR OF STEWARDSHIP
Hillcrest Academy is seeking a Director of Stewardship. The Director of Stewardship will lead Hillcrest Academy’s efforts to identify new donors, cultivate meaningful relationships with them, and partner with them in Christ-centered planned giving. The Director of Stewardship also ensures donors feel valued, informed, and connected to the mission and impact of Hillcrest Academy. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of Hillcrest Academy’s mission, and a passion for philanthropy. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is a great communicator and who deeply values Christian education and being part of the Hillcrest community. Hillcrest Academy is a 6-12 grade Christian school rooted in an Anabaptist perspective. HIGH SCHOOL ENGLISH INSTRUCTOR
Hillcrest Academy is seeking a highly motivated High School English teacher. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching English, building relationships, and sharing their love of English with our students. Courses being taught include Speech, Advanced English, Advanced Writing, Research, Novels, Yearbook, and Rhetoric. Hillcrest Academy is a 6-12 grade Christ-centered school rooted in an Anabaptist perspective. BUS DRIVER(S)
We are seeking Bus Drivers to drive for athletic events, other activities and possible shuttle routes. The candidate needs a CDL along with school bus and passenger endorsements, and must also have taken the new driver bus stop class. We are willing to assist the applicant through the process to get the appropriate qualifications. Drivers would have the flexibility to sign up for the events that work best for them.
