 HEAD BOYS & GIRLS GOLF COACH

Hillcrest Academy is looking for someone to lead our boys and girls golf teams for this coming 2024-25 season. Coming off three years of strong play on the boys side which included a State Championship in 2023, our program has a strong history that our next coach can build on. Qualified applicants shall have a knowledge of the game of golf, and a desire to impact young people’s lives for the better. Candidates must hold to the Hillcrest Athletic Department Philosophy found on the Athletics webpage. Applicants must have or be able to obtain a coaching authorization or coaching endorsement before the start of practice May 5. ASSISTANT BASEBALL/JV HEAD COACH

Hillcrest Academy is looking for an Assistant Baseball/JV Head Coach for this coming 2024-25 season. Candidates must hold to the Hillcrest Athletic Department Philosophy found on the Athletics webpage. 7th & 8th GRADE COACH(ES) – COED SOCCER, TRACK, SOFTBALL, BASEBALL

Hillcrest Academy is looking for Middle School coaches who will establish our Middle School programs. Qualified applicants shall have a working knowledge of the sport they desire to coach, and a desire to impact young people’s lives for the better. Candidates must hold to the Hillcrest Athletic Department Philosophy found on the Athletics webpage. Applicants must have or be able to obtain a coaching authorization or coaching endorsement prior to the beginning of practice. The position will ideally be tied to another position at the school, but is not required. Hillcrest Academy has been a grades 9-12 Christ-centered school, adding 6th grade this year and will add grades 7 and 8 next year. Hillcrest Academy is rooted in an Anabaptist perspective and committed to the core values of following Jesus, providing academic rigor through holistic learning, cultivating compassionate leadership, and providing all students an opportunity to thrive in a nurturing community. BUS DRIVER(S)

We are seeking bus drivers to drive for athletic events, other activities and possible shuttle routes. The candidate needs a CDL along with school bus and passenger endorsements, and must also have taken the new driver bus stop class. We are willing to assist the applicant through the process to get the appropriate qualifications. Drivers would have the flexibility to sign up for the events that work best for them. Hillcrest Academy has been a grades 9-12 Christ-centered school, adding 6th grade this year and will add grades 7 and 8 next year.
