The Hillcrest Lady Ravens track and field team scored 124 point to place second at the seven team Central City coed track and field meet Tuesday.  Junior Rya Scott won three events.  Scott sprinted the 100 meter dash into the wind in 13.19 seconds.  Morgyn Nafziger was second in 14.37 seconds.  Scott also won the 200 meter dash in 27.47 seconds.  Stavia Miller was fifth in 29.63.  Scott also won the long jump landing sixteen feet four inches beyond the board.  Delaney Shaw was fifth jumping 13 feet four and one half inches.  Marie Yoder and Siena Stanerson took first and second places in the 3000 meter run.  Stanerson also won the 1500 meter run in a personal best 5:33.44.  Yoder placed third in the 800 meter run.  Niva Helmuth scored in both the shot put and high jump.  Helmuth was second in the shot put with a big personal best of thirty-one feet seven and one quarter inch.  Helmuth placed third in the high jump clearing the bar at four feet six inches.   Karina Bourha placed third in the 400 meter dash in 1:07.44.  The 4 x 100 meter relay team of Nafziger, Miller, Helmuth and Scott placed second in a season best 53.57 seconds.  The 4 x 200 meter relay team of Miller, Helmuth, Nafziger and Shaw placed third in 1:59.18.  The sprint medley relay team of Nafziger, Natalie Meganathan, Bourha and Shaw also placed third.  Their time was 2:07.79.

The Hillcrest Ravens boys track and field team won both jumping events at the Central City coed meet Thursday.  Owen Scott won the long jump with another huge jump of twenty-two six and one quarter inches.  This was just one quarter inch off his personal best.  Kale Bailey won the high jump clearing the bar at six feet even.  Scott placed fourth in the 100 meter dash with a wind hindered 11.95 seconds.  Gibson Scott had a huge personal best in the 110 high hurdles of 16.06 seconds (converted from hand-timed) to place fourth.  The 4 x 100 meter relay team of Gibson Scott, Kayden Estell, Bailey and Owen Scott ran a season best 47.52 to place third.  The sprint medley relay team of Gibson Scott, Cohen Nachtigall, Estell and Braden Hartsock ran a season best 1:51.03 to place sixth.  Jeremiah Danker ran personal bests in both the 1600 and 3200 meter runs.  Jack Turner brought his 100 meter best time down.
