Kids Night at the Soccer Pitch | Friday, April 24 4:30 pm. Bring the whole family to watch the Hillcrest Ravens take on the Waco Warriors. Game starts at 5:00 p.m. 4th-8th graders will get in free with their passes along with one guest. There will be giveaways for kids of all ages. 4th-8th graders can draw for larger prizes. Table will be set up until 5:30 p.m.
Enrollment for the 2026–27 School Year Is Open!
Click here to view a list of terms we will use throughout the enrollment process. This will help you better understand what to expect and how our process works. Please do not begin any checklist items starting with the Tuition Agreement on down. The Tuition Agreement will be created after financial aid and ESA applications are completed.

Middle School- $11,200
High School- $13,400
ESA amount- $8,148 (ESA application will open on April 16)

New Families:
I sent out invitations through Blackbaud for you to create an account. Please be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox. If you did not receive one, please contact me at rbeachymiller@hillcrestravens.org. You will see a checklist helping you through the process, please read the terms, complete the application and upload any necessary forms. If you live in the Washington or Iowa City area and need transportation, please complete the transportation form.
Is your child entering 9th grade? Please email me at rabeachymiller@hillcrestravens.org to schedule a time to meet with our counselor Tom Carey. Your child will complete a math screener and will create their class schedule for the 26-27 school year.
Current Families Adding a New Student:
Please use your existing account and password to log in and complete a school application. If you have forgotten your password, click the “Forgot Password” option after entering your email address. You will also have a checklist that will take you through the enrollment process.
All Familes:
Once you are logged into your Blackbaud account, there are links within the checklist that will take you to the financial aid application and ESA directly. If you have any questions or need assistance at any point in the process, please contact me at rbeachymiller@hillcrestravens.org. I am happy to help all returning ravens or help your child become a Raven!
Personal Visit Day | Was your child unable to attend our visit days? No problem! Email rbeachymiller@hillcrestravens.org to set up a personal visit day. Incoming 6th graders will attend for a half-day, while other incoming grades will attend for a full day.

All camp registrations and payments will be completed through Bound this year. To reserve your camper’s spot, we encourage you to sign up early, as space is limited for several camps.
