What 3 words describe you: Genuine, Humble, Hardworking

Talk about your Hillcrest experience and give words of wisdom to the underclassmen: I am thankful for Hillcrest and especially loved our small class size and going through these four years with the best of friends. There is also no comparison to having Christian coaches and teachers who care, not just about your success, but you as a person. I’m not sure I have any advice to give. My motto for the yearbook is Proverbs 4:23. I like to say guard your heart – it’s a little more on the offense than just “keep.” And when I think about a mountain spring, how it bubbles up from a tiny place, and fills an entire creek bed. That’s how important it is to guard what goes into your heart, because it will determine everything about your life in the future. If you allow garbage in, eventually garbage will bubble out. Keep good influences in your life and don’t be swayed by this terrible culture we are now living in.
