Research students participate in mock interviews

Students in Maya Kehr Yoder’s English III: Research class participated in a series of mock interviews with professionals from our community. After being introduced to a variety of interview techniques in class as part of the career unit, students were able to practice their skills and receive valuable feedback to improve for future interviews. This year, due to the pandemic, the interviews happened via Zoom which added a few new layers to the interviewing process. A special thanks to our community of professionals who made this happen: Shelby Mrgich, Mary Forney, Kent Blossom, Leanne Bender, Saralyn Oyer, Adam Voth Unruh, Kristen Rempel, Anita Beachy, Anita Kehr, Tyler Coblentz, and Ledru Miller. “I am deeply grateful to our interviewers and incredibly proud of my students who invested time and energy into this process,” said Kehr Yoder.
