The Call – Here’s the Bridegroom Come Out to Meet Him

About the Artist – Anita Swartzendruber was born to Christian parents, growing up with six brothers and sisters on a farm in Iowa surrounded by beautiful landscapes of woods and fields of grain.  She began at a young age, painting scenery and family farmsteads, then lettering signs, trucks, and semi-trailers.  Her first sacred painting, Ask, Seek, Knock, was followed by many Women’s Aglow Meetings, etc.  Cheered on by husband, John, mission trips in the USA, or one of twelve foreign countries, became an annual event, often doing a pastel painting as part of the program.  Recent paintings tell various aspects of the gospel story, and prophesying the coming to pass of God’s word.  It is her heart’s desire that every human being alive would know the love of Jesus Christ, receive Him as Savior, and experience the joys of heaven upon passing into the next life.  Anita’s life verse is I Thess. 5:24  “He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it.”
