Brenneman Hired as Director of Finance

Principal Dwight Gingerich announces that Tami Brenneman will join the Hillcrest Academy team to fill the Director of Finance position beginning July 1. A graduate of Clear Creek-Amana High School and American Intercontinental University (IL), Tami also attended the Iowa School Business Management Academy at Iowa State University, obtaining licensure to be a School Business Official. Tami brings 15 years of experience to Hillcrest, serving most recently at CCA, and before that at the Iowa City Community School District. 

Tami is married to Jeremy Brenneman ‘85 and they have two daughters, Laura ‘14 and Amy ‘18. Tami is grandmother to Joseph and Addison and attends Cornerstone Church in Kalona. In her free time, Tami enjoys spending time with her family and friends and traveling to Florida to see her daughter, Amy. Tami also enjoys cruises, resorts and spending weekends at the Lake of Ozarks with her family and friends. Tami replaces LeeAnn Chalupa in the role.

The position has grown back to full-time, which LeeAnn is unable to do, given her commitment to her other position with the family business, Ag Environmental Resources, LLC. Thank you, LeeAnn and welcome, Tami!
