It’s Backstage AND In The Classroom For Silbaugh

Principal Dwight Gingerich is pleased to announce that Natalie Silbaugh will join the Hillcrest Academy team in the fall of 2024 to fill our Social Studies position, teaching in both the middle school and high school. A graduate of Mid-Prairie High School and the University of Northern Iowa, Natalie brings nine years of teaching experience to Hillcrest. Natalie will also direct the fall and spring drama productions, following her role as an assistant.

In her free time, Natalie enjoys spending time with her family, going to sporting events of all kinds, playing Dutch Blitz, singing karaoke, and bowling.

Natalie is married to Lance and they have two children, Ruby (3) and George (11 months). Natalie is the daughter of Tom and Shari Nye. She and her family attend River City Church in Riverside. Welcome, Natalie!
