Hillcrest Academy Presents ‘A Seussified Pride & Prejudice’

Hillcrest Academy Presents ‘A Seussified Pride & Prejudice’

This Seussified adaptation of the classic novel promised to be a delightful twist on the tale of Lizzy Bennet and Mr. Darcy. Audiences were treated to zany rhymes and Seussian silliness, outlandish costumes and quirky characters, and most of all a timeless story of love, pride, and social shenanigans . . . all served with a heaping helping of Seussical fun!

Our school has a rich history of drama and fine arts and last weekend continued that tradition. The stage lights were warm, the costumes were sparkling, and the lines were memorized. But it isn’t just about entertainment; it’s about opportunity, community, and inspiration. The curtain is pulled on another incredible production by our talented thespians of Hillcrest Academy, but beyond the dazzling costumes and captivating performances, lies the powerful impact that our dramas have on our students, school, and community.

A Seussified Pride & Prejudice was a shining reflection of our commitment to well-rounded student development. These dramas are a platform for our students to showcase their talents, build valuable life skills, and are a testament to the amazing things our students can achieve. We are proud of your accomplishments!

The Hillcrest Academy spring drama production was presented on Friday, March 22 at 7:00 PM and Saturday, March 23 at 2:00 PM, and 7:00 PM in Celebration Hall.
