Ravens Sweep Eagles

The Raven Volleyball squad was back in action this Tuesday seeking their second win in three tries at home.  This match also presented the opportunity to avenge an earlier loss to the Keota Eagles in the championship match of the season’s opening Tournament.

The crowd was electric for Hawaiian theme night, and the Ravens did not disappoint! The kills came early and often, as the home team put down the Eagles in three straight sets.  It was a barrage of attacks, with Claire Withrow spreading the ball around the court to Niva Helmuth, Lydia Beachy, Kylee Statler, and Malia Yoder. They tallied 6-14 kills on the evening, led by Yoder’s 14.

The Ravens will resume play this Thursday at Columbus High School for the annual Mid Season Conference Tournament.  Come out and support the Ravens; action beginning at 5 pm!
