Megan Walsh Joins Middle School Team

Principal Dwight Gingerich is happy to announce that Megan Walsh will join the Hillcrest Academy Middle School team in the fall of 2023 to fill the school’s second 6th grade teaching position. Following graduation from Cedar Falls High School, Megan stayed in town to pursue her Education degree from the University of Northern Iowa in December of 2022. Since graduating from UNI, Megan has been employed as a substitute teacher in the Iowa City CSD as well as at the Little Clippers Child Development Center in Tiffin.

Megan attends St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Iowa City. In her free time, Megan enjoys reading, watching baseball, hiking, and cooking. Welcome, Megan!
