Ravens Take On Regina Catholic In The Achieve Challenge

The Ravens boys basketball teams will be hosting Regina Catholic on Saturday, November 26 in The Achieve Challenge (a statewide community service initiative for Iowa schools and their basketball programs). The JV game tips off at 4:30 PM with the varsity game to follow.

Admission to the event is $5 along with one non-perishable/canned food item, which will be donated to one of the local food pantries. An additional $2 will be charged if no food item is brought in. Sorry no passes for this event.

The Achieve Challenge — formerly the Iowa Pride Challenge — is an annual program that was launched for boys’ and girls’ teams in 2010 and is administered through the IHSAA office. Participating schools have the opportunity to select a service project that is meaningful for their students and community, win service awards, and allow their high school basketball teams to compete in an Achieve Challenge scrimmage/exhibition contest.
