Nate Miller Joins Hillcrest Team

Principal Dwight Gingerich announced that NATE MILLER ’96 will join the Hillcrest Academy team in the fall of 2022 as a Math Instructor. Nate returns to his alma mater after 22 years of teaching, the last 18 at Prairie High School in Cedar Rapids. Nate and wife Stacy live in Kalona, and are the parents of Noah (18), Rowan (14) and Kellen (10). The Millers attend Kalona Mennonite Church. Nate enjoys being involved in his sons’ activities, participating in church events/activities, traveling, spending time with his family, and working on home renovations and hands-on projects. Nate replaces interim veteran educators Dick Yoder-Short and Pam Gerig Unruh, who have been of great service during this school year.
