Chapel Feb. 14-18: Visitors & Traditions

This week of chapels featured a variety of speakers from different organizations.

On Monday, Wendell Nofziger was here from VidaNet, a short term mission organization out of Costa Rica. Wendell challenged us to be willing to step out of our comfort zones and see what God might do in us and through us.

Tuesday’s chapel time was spent in small groups.

Wednesday featured our annual “Relationship Game” in which pairs of students who represented different types of relationships answered questions about each other. The sister duo of Rebecca and Sarah Farrier prevailed.

On Thursday, we heard from Ericka Byler from Rosedale Bible College near Columbus, OH. We heard about RBC and were challenged to trust in God’s provision in every kind of situation.

Then on Friday, our chapel time featured staff from Crooked Creek Christian Camp near Washington, IA. Program Director Saralyn Murray Oyer presented a chapel about the camp program. Director Heather Bender and food services director Adam Voth Unruh were present as well. We heard about the camp program and opportunities to be involved as summer staff.
