Ravens Come Up with Big Win Over Pekin Panthers

Dwight Gingerich Gymnasium was abuzz again Tuesday evening as Ravens Volleyball squad hosted the Pekin Panthers for an SEISC matchup.

The Ravens continued their strong conference play, picking up their 2nd win in a convincing 4 set win. The Ravens attacked early and often taking the first two sets. The Panthers attacked back with an aggressive serving run taking set 3. Some line dancing on the sideline after set 3 helped the Ravens dial in their own serving attack for set 4 and take the match with a 25-13 final advantage.

Esther Hughes had 9 kills, 5 aces, and 4 blocks in the contest. Kylee Statler and Vlada Conea each had 6 kills. Grace Miller and Evelyn Gerber had 9 & 10 digs anchoring the defense. Norah Yoder set up Raven hitters for 20 assists on the night. An all around great team effort for the Lady Ravens on this Tuesday evening!
