Falling in Five: Ravens’ Volleyball Players Battle for a Close Match

A few tough breaks early in the match and the Ravens found themselves in a 2-0 hole after two sets.  But by set 3, they were setting the tempo, winning the volleys, and fought back with convincing wins to force set 5. A strong serving run unfortunately was too much for the Ravens to overcome in set 5.  Again they fought back, but ran out of time in the end and fell  to Lone Tree in set 5.  A season high 28 kills and 49 digs by the Ravens indicate the total team effort.  The Lady Ravens did leave it all on the floor and are making great strides.
