Ravens Winter Athletics COVID-19 Guidelines

General Guidelines
  • Please refer to recommendation from the State associations IHSAA & IGHSAU:    
  • Please keep athletes from hugging or high fiving each other.
  • Individuals or teams will be responsible for their own hydration. Individual athletes should have their own water bottle.
  • There will be an athletic trainer on site but will only treat athletes that have serious injuries.
  • All spectators, athletes, and coaches should work to maintain six feet of social distancing.
  • All spectators over the age of 2 are required to wear face covering.
Additional Spectator Guidelines
  • The guidelines on spectator attendance are fluid from school to school. Please see hillcrestravens.org/fanguidelines for details prior to attending a basketball game. 
Additional Basketball COVID Precautions
  • Game balls will be sanitized during game breaks i.e. timeouts, quarter breaks, etc.
  • Scoretable will be limited to these workers:  Home scorekeeper, clock operators, announcer.
  • Bench personnel will be required to practice social distancing and wear face masks 
  • Players and team members will wear a face mask while they are not physically exerting themselves.
Ravens Concessions Stand Protocols
  • Markings will be placed six feet apart for the line to form.  
  • Customers will order at the window and then move to the left of the stand to pay.  
  • No food will be allowed in the gym, but tables will be available to use in the cafe downstairs. Drinks will be allowed in the gym.
  • All food will be served to guests as ordered. There will be no self serve condiments or food items.
  • All workers will wash hands when they arrive and wear gloves provided by the stand. All workers are to wear a mask.
