Volleyball falls to Mediapolis after hard fought game
Although the night started out a little bumpy for the Ravens volleyball team, the girls fought back in games two and three, in order to force a game four out of Mediapolis, eventually losing the match one set to three sets. Leading kills on the night was Esther Hughes with 10, followed by Malia Sedlacek who had six kills, Gutierrez and Evelyn Gerber with two kills a piece, and Sophie Marshall and Norah Yoder both having a single kill. Assisting those kills was both Gutierrez and Yoder. Gutierrez led with 10, while Yoder finished the night with eight. To round out the stats, Miller led the team with 18 digs for the match, followed by Gerber who had 12, Yoder who had 10, Sedlacek and Gutierrez who each had seven, Hughes with two, and Marshall who had one.
