Ravens Fall Athletics COVID-19 Guidelines
General Guidelines
For the most up-to-date info please refer to recommendation from the State associations: IHSAA & IGHSAU:
- All spectators, athletes and coaches should work to maintain six feet of social distancing.
- All spectators over the age of 2 are required to wear a face covering.
- There will be an athletic trainer on site but will only treat athletes that have serious injuries.
Concessions Stand Protocols
- Concession stand food should be eaten in the cafeteria or lobby area.
- Markings will be placed six feet apart for the line to form.
- Customers will order at the window and then move to the left of the stand to pay.
- No food will be allowed in the gym, but tables will be available to use in the cafe downstairs. Drinks will be allowed in the gym.
Additional Gym Precautions
- Gym capacity will be reduced to 250 total people with approximately 100-125 general admission seats to help maintain social distancing protocols.
- Fans should call the school to reserve a seat if they plan to attend. Reservations will be taken until 2:00 PM the day of the event and pass holders will be given priority.
Additional Volleyball Precautions
- Teams will not switch sides after each set.
- Scoretable will be limited to essential workers only: home scorekeeper, clock operator, libero tracker, etc.
- Bench personnel are encouraged to practice social distancing and wear facemasks when possible.
- Team members should plan to wear masks while they are not physically exerting themselves.
Additional Cross Country Precautions
- Athletes are required to wear a mask when not running.
- Team camps should be set at distance. For this year the soccer field is available for team camp set to help keep teams separated.
- Team members should plan to wear masks while they are not physically exerting themselves.
- There will be no post meet award ceremony.
