Virtual Culinary Camp

Our Virtual Culinary Camp was a success! Ranee Gingerich ’01 Brokaw led 12 students as they learned about basic food and nutrition virtually and tried their hand at preparing a new recipe each day in their own kitchen. While they missed getting to cook together in the Food & Consumer Science kitchen lab, it was great fun to see the food the students prepared at home for their families which they shared each morning during live Zoom sessions.
