Spanish Novels Gives Students Inspiration

Getting lost in a good fiction story or being inspired by real life testimonies while gaining skills in learning a language sounds like an engaging way to learn, right? Sierra Cheney’s Spanish III students are preparing to read Spanish novels according to their varying abilities.

Students had the option to choose from various books that would challenge them at their own levels and will meet on Zoom to discuss what they are learning in their individual books as well as hear the audio version of each chapter. Through this exercise they will be exposed to lots of Spanish culture while reinforcing grammatical structures and vocabulary. #hillcrestunited
