Volleyball at Lone Tree

The Hillcrest Ravens played on the road at Lone Tree on Thursday, September 5.  While they lost 23-25, 23-25, 22-25, Coach Boshart said the team showed good energy and effort.  Senior Mia Graber led the team in digs and kills with 31 digs and 11 kills, while Yani Gutierrez had 22 assists and successfully served 12/13 with three of them being aces.  Danae McGaffey pitched in with seven kills and five aces from the serving line.  Sophomore Norah Yoder was a strong defender with 21 digs.  “Our execution was lacking tonight,” said Coach Boshart.
