The Chili Supper on February 19
The annual Chili Supper is hosted by the Hillcrest Academy senior class and has been a tradition since 1960. On Saturday, February 19 the meal will be served from 4:30-7:00 PM in Hillcrest Union (gymnasium). We are thankful to be able to offer the menu of chili, cheese sandwiches, potato salad, and pie or other dessert varieties as the traditional dine-in event, but the entire meal will also be available for takeout. And again, we will be serving the traditional Mexican soup, Pozole [po’sole] with all the fixings. Also like before, in Celebration Hall we will be showing our modern spin on the Audubon Society films you may remember from years ago.
